Freeze-dryer

A freeze dryer, also known as a lyophilizer, is a device that uses vacuum freeze-drying technology to remove moisture from materials. Its working principle involves freezing the moisture in the material into ice at low temperatures, and then sublimating the ice directly into water vapor under a high vacuum environment, thus achieving dehydration and drying. Because the entire process avoids high-temperature treatment, it can preserve the active ingredients, structure, and quality of the product to the greatest extent possible.
